Shipping policy
FREIGHT
Freight may be added where applicable. All prices quoted by Team Elite Merchandise are considered estimates and we reserve the right to change these prices. All prices for country areas will be subject to adjustment for freight.
UNDELIVERABLE GOODS
The Customer assumes full responsibility for providing an accurate shipping address. Any goods that are unclaimed by the customer or returned to Team Elite Merchandise due to an inaccurate address, will be subject to additional shipping charges being incurred by the customer.
DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT
Team Elite Merchandise liability for damage to your goods ends when a courier picks the order up. At this point, you, the customer, accepts liability for any loss or damage caused in handling or transit.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Whilst we endeavour to effect deliveries by the requested date, we shall not be liable if your order is temporarily delayed while in transit due to unavoidable circumstances such as inclement weather, a natural disaster, a vehicle issue or other conditions.
Times may also vary depending on many factors like Christmas, Easter & Public Holidays, so consideration must be made getting your orders in even earlier to avoid disappointment. Likewise, the Lunar Festival also sees our overseas factories shutdown for approx. 2 weeks in late January/early February (timing can vary weeks each year) so this must be taken into account also.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We deliver Worldwide using Australia Post or TNT/Fedex.
If delivering to PO Boxes, Australia Post will be used.
RUSH SHIPPING
Where rush shipping is required, fees will apply. Please discuss this with your sales representative.
