Refund policy
At Team Elite, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and service. Please take a moment to read our returns/refunds and exchanges policies below.
CUSTOM ORDERS RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
- All garments must be approved by you before production during the design stage. Approving the artwork confirms that all parties agree to the final design and garment specifications (see our Design Policy).
- Customers are responsible for ensuring custom names/numbers are spelled and allocated correctly.
- Any errors in artwork, product type, spelling, or quantity that have been approved will not be eligible for replacement or refund. However, we are always happy to discuss alternative solutions.
- If you receive a faulty product (manufacturing or fabric issue) or a design that does not match the approved artwork, we will gladly replace the product for you. Please return the faulty item so we can investigate the issue and prevent it from recurring.
- Refunds are not offered on custom orders. The resolution for faulty items is strictly a replacement only.
- We cannot replace items that are damaged due to misuse or unsuitable activities.
PRE-ORDER RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- What is a pre-order? A pre-order is when you purchase an item that will be manufactured after your order is placed.
- As pre-order items are made to order and cannot be resold, all pre-order sales are final. Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect size. Please consult our Size Guide before purchasing.
- If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Claims must be made to info@teamelite.com.au within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges may be possible if requested within 14 days of delivery. Please contact shop@teamelite.com.au to arrange this.
ONLINE SHOP ORDER RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
- What is an in-stock online order? These are items stored at Team Elite, ready for immediate purchase and dispatch.
- To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions apply:
- Item must be a Team Elite branded garment
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
- Must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
- Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Include a note with your Order Number and whether you require an exchange (with size requested) or a refund.
Once received, we will process your request promptly.
All claims of faulty or damaged goods must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that cancellation fees will apply if production has already commenced.
